Social Workers needed help filling out tax forms

Business Situation: 

Filling out financial forms can be a confusing process. The team from SSTAP wanted to provide a helping hand by providing interactive tutorials that give a line by line instructive tool that walks users through the form. This is a JBS International Project.

Technical situation: 

The SSTAP team needed a product that can be posted on any online portal and be viewed by users who have slower internet connections.

Solution: 

My team created a interactive shockwave flash file that could be uploaded and referenced through embedding in HTML.
